If you have close access to a standard electrical outlet, that will be sufficient. If not, you will need a generator! We do offer those for rent as well
Grass is preferable. We do need to properly secure all bouncy houses. If there’s no grass, we can set up on a clear, clean area and use weights if needed; but grass and stakes is always preferable. A perfectly manicured lawn is not necessary, but a site where we can get stakes into the ground is always best and safest.
All inflatables are designed to take in and release air. If there wasn’t a place for air to escape while in use, they would pop. Feeling and seeing air escaping is normal. As is bubbling of water at seams on water slides.
Yes! You’ll need to measure the space, particularly the ceiling height and the doorway entrance.
All bouncy houses come on either a cart or dolly. You will need between 42 and 55 inches wide of a gate or doorway without stairs.
For large crowds I suggest units that run kids through in a race or obstacle and that are visible to staff from all sides. I prefer the

YES! This is made readily available for your company, school or office.
Leaving the blower on is the best way to dry off. It pushes air inside and will dry it fairly quickly. That in conjunction with sun and towels should do the job.
Many (not all) can be picked up for self set up. They come with instructions. You will need a truck and trailer with a ramp.
Once you’ve decided which unit you’d like, we will send an invoice to your email. In that email is a link to pay. It’s very quick and easy. If you’d prefer another method of payment (Venmo, cash, etc), please contact me to make those arrangements. All payments are due 48 hours prior to your event. Sometimes invoice emails can get sent to your spam folder, so if you don’t see it, check that.
Tipping is always appreciated but not expected! If you choose to tip, please do that at either set up or take down directly to the employees you choose to tip, as they keep 100% of that.
We now automatically add reservation protection insurance to every order. If you choose to decline that, you may reschedule, but are not eligible for a full refund. With the insurance, just contact me to cancel and you’ll be issued a full refund.
You get up to 6 hours (mechanical bull excluded). Additional hours and overnight rentals can be purchased if needed.
YES! We come set up, and take down. You aren’t required to do anything other than enjoy.
